Assalamualaikum....
As most of popular anime came from Manga, the most popular maybe Naruto and Bleach, but it not very easy to download Manga compared to anime, and one of the reliably sources is using mIRC. Because of its small file, most scanslator (group translating the Manga) use mIRC to distribute their released.
I think most of us read comic. So here I want to share some knowledge in Manga, a comic from Japan. Below is the Manga’s titles which for me must read if you have interest in Manga.

Synopsis :: Bulma is a girl in search of the seven mystical Dragonballs who is told that that, when brought together, can grant any wish. Son Goku is a strange boy with a tail who lives in the woods and is the owner of one of the Dragonballs. The two cross paths and a grand adventure begins.
Comment :: Extremely popular Manga. Finished at 45 Volumes
Slam Dunk!
Synopsis :: The hero of the piece is Sakuragi Hanamichi, red-haired guy who has been rejected by girls 50 times in junior high. He meets the latest girl of his dreams, Akagi Haruko, and falls madly in love with her and join the basketball team to just impress her, even though he knows nothing about the sport.
Comment :: Very old Manga, with 31 volume. If you watch its Anime, the story is still not finished as anime finished at the time when they going to National. The Manga will tell you what actually happen after Anime.
Great Teacher Onizuka (GTO)
Synopsis :: Onizuka is an ex-biker and gang leader who has one goal, to become the greatest teacher. Now, graduated, he gets a job at a prestigious private school to handle their 'problem class'.
Comment :: Finished with 43 volumes, it one of the most popular Manga.
Devil & Devil @ Devil Devil
Synopsis :: Once again, a war is brewing between heaven and hell and in the middle is the devil Sword and his archenemy, the angel Ios. Locked in their 101st battle, they each force the other down to earth, where they unwittingly possess the bodies of twin brothers, Souma & Kanna. Ios, a gangster, and Sword, a nerd, learn to work together in defeating the endless stream of devils and possibly even regain their bodies.
Comment :: This old Manga finished with 15 volumes. Don’t expect a beautiful drawing from this Manga.
Naruto
Synopsis :: When Naruto was newly born the spirit of a nine-tailed fox was imprisoned within him, rendering him the hate of the villagers who feared the demon within him. But within him dwells the dream of becoming Hokage, the strongest warrior of the village.
Comment :: Most of us know its Anime because of its extremely popularity. The Manga also the same, and as now, its still not finished.
Bleach
Synopsis :: Kurosaki Ichigo is not a regular 15 year old, because he can see spirits and ghosts. One day, a female Shinigami (God of Death) named Kuchiki Rukia appears before him, hunting for an Hollow; an evil spirit. But during the confrontation, the Shinigami's powers are transfered to Ichigo. Thus begins the adventures of Ichigo and Rukia and their mission to herd Hollows.
Comment :: This Manga also popular, and has its own Anime. The Manga is still on going.
Rurouni Kenshin @ Samurai X
Synopsis :: During the violent era known as the Bakumatsu, there was an Ishin assassin known only as the Hitokiri Battousai, whose skill and brutality became near legendary in the age of Restoration he helped to build. However, as the time of fighting drew to a close, he vanished without a trace, only to resurface eleven years later as a wandering swordsman, Himura Kenshin.
Comment :: This Manga finished with 28 volumes.
Dragon Quest
Synopsis :: Dai, a young orphaned boy, is living on the island of Demurin, populated by friendly monsters, when he is approached by Aban and his student Pop who offer to train him. When the Evil King Hadora, who had been defeated thirty years ago by Aban, finds Aban with intent to destroy him, Aban is surprised by the degree to which Hadora's power has grown. With Aban's death, Dai and Pop leave Demurin to avenge their master but soon learn that Hadora is a minor threat compared to the Evil God Vern and his six generals.
Comment :: Finished with 37 volumes.
Midori no Hibi
Synopsis :: High school delinquent Seiji Sawamura is desperate to have a girlfriend, after being rejected by 20 girls. He's afraid that he will end his life with his right hand as his only companion. Apparently, that doesn't change when one day he wakes up and discovers that his right hand has become a girl named Midori Kasugano, who confesses that she has had a crush on.
Comment :: Anime adaptation from this Manga finished aired in the middle of 2004, even though the Manga only finished early 2005 with 8 volumes.
Pretty Face
Synopsis :: Martial Artist Randoh Masashi, is given the face of his secret love Kurimi Rina after an accident destroys his face. After a year in a coma he tries to return home only to find his family gone. However his secret love mistakes him for her lost sister, Yuna. Randoh then decides he must find the real Yuna for the sake of his love, Rina.
Comment :: I don’t know of you like its storyline but this Manga surely have beautiful drawing. If you like Midori no Hibi you probably will like this Manga.
3x3 Eyes
Synopsis :: Through a strange series of events, a young man named Yakumo Fuuji becomes the immortal slave of the last of a race of 3 Eyed immortals. The immortal, Pai, absorbs his soul to save his life, making him immortal in the process. Now, he begins a journey with the female immortal in an attempt to find a way for them to become mortal.
Comment :: This Manga already finished in Japan with 40 volumes, but the only English translation I could find only at 30+ volumes.
Oh! My Goddess @ Ah! Megami-sama
Synopsis :: While staying alone in his dormitory, college student Keiichi Morisato was trying to call some restaurants for delivery when he accidentally called the Goddess Help Line. Suddenly, the mirror near him glowed and a beautiful goddess named Belldandy appeared out of it. She granted Keiichi his one wish for her to be his girlfriend forever. After being kicked out of the dorm, Keiichi and Belldandy now live in an old temple with her sisters Urd and Skuld.
Comment :: If you reading this Manga from volume 1, you will notice the change of drawing quality especially after volume 10.
Blade of the Immortal
Synopsis :: Manji is swordsman, who has been cursed with eternal life. He has grown tired of living with all the death he has created. He has no skills other then those of killing, thus he forms a plan to regain his mortality; he shall kill one hundred evil men. The old witch who afflicted Manji with immortality agrees to Manji's proposition. On his journey he meets a young girl, Rin, who has her own vengeance to seek against the sword school whose members slaughtered Rin's family. Rin and Manji journey together.
Comment :: DARK & CRUEL. This is the correct way to describe this Manga.
Märchen Awakens Romance (MÄR)
Synopsis :: Ginta Toramizu is a second year student at a junior high school. He is constantly dreaming of the same dream about an imaginary world for a lot of times. He finally got to the world through a strange device known as "ARM". This manga tells of his adventures in the imaginary world.
Comment :: You should read at least chapter 05 to get the point where this Manga will show its value as one of popular Manga in Japan.
Ranma ½
Synopsis :: Ranma Saotome has just gotten back the legendary Cursed Springs (Jusenkyo) of China and has been engaged by his father and his best friend, Genma and Soun, to Akane Tendo, Soun's daughter. Ranma and Akane are off to a rough start and it doesn't help that Ranma has a curse from Jusenkyo: turning into a girl when splashed with cold water. Throughout the series, more characters are introduced, some with curses similiar to Ranma's, and Ranma and Akane begin to love each other.
Comment :: Finished with 38 volumes.
Black Cat
Synopsis :: Ex-assasin Train Hartnett and his partner, Sven, are bounty hunters, living a somewhat normal life. That is, until Train's ex-co-worker, the leader of a group of merciless villains with special abilities, decides to recruit him into their crime ring and change the world to their control.
Comment :: Finishe with 20 volumes, this Manga also has its own anime with the same title.
